Press Release – Jacksonville’s Real Estate "Help Desk"

Summary: Jax Realty is the product of two years of development without any outside funding. Our goal is to connect struggling homeowners with RE Professionals to make a Buying a Home or Selling a Home a very easy process.

Community Structure: Our online community is structured to be an informational networking place for the General Public, Professionals and Contractors. The general public will have access to the public forums to gain help/info from professionals, while both professionals and contractors have their own networks, groups and forums to keep discussions private.

For Homeowners: Jax Realty is a place where homeowners and/or buyers can go for help 24/7, whether it is to find vital information in our public forums or to seek advice/help from a real estate professional. Before consumers had to search through the Yellow pages for help, today consumers will be able to virtually meet face to face with Professionals from the comfort of their own home.

Real Estate Professionals: Most real estate professionals are lost in the Facebook and Active Rain crowd. At Jax Realty Network they become live and local. Jax Realty will be the meeting place for consumers to find everything they need to buy, sell or refinance their home while Professionals remain online during normal business hours, as Jacksonville’s Real Estate Help Desk.

Open House: Jax Realty is a place for struggling homeowners to post their homes as an Open House where buyers/investors can attend. It’s time management for Realtors who normally show multiple homes to one person, now they are able to show one home to multiple buyers. It’s also a place for investors to find and purchase undervalued homes from struggling homeowners to add to their financial portfolio while helping homeowners save their credit.

Investors: As a previous Jacksonville Real Estate Investors Association member, I found a lot of investors wasting a lot of time with the 100/10/2 rule, while struggling homeowners were just letting their homes go into foreclosure because they didn’t know where to go for help. With our profiles and ratings, now homeowners will be more confident in seeking investors. We also found a problem with Investors rehabbing homes and not being able to sell them. Now defaulting homeowners will have a place to find rehabbed homes for lease option, a system to help both parties.

Contractors: Networking is the key to a successful business. With Jax Realty banks, Investors, etc will now be able to connect with local contractors to rehab foreclosed homes before they go back on the market thus helping grow the construction market in Jacksonville.

And  last but not least, Networking: With Jax Realty, Professionals are now able to meet others online, print out their profile and bring it with them to mixers making networking more productive, fun and interesting.
